Head Office HEAD OFFICE Information Services provides programming, network, technical and help desk services for all of our locations. Our help desk and technical support teams ensure that we provide the best technical support to our employees and store locations throughout North America. In turn, the efforts of our programmers have produced intricate systems that play a principal role in maintaining a competitive advantage in our market, as well as other divisions in Canada and the United Kingdom. Finance & Administration provides the vital back-end support for daily business at all North American locations. This includes accounts receivable, payroll, operational accounting and financial reporting, as well as contract and leasing administration. Planning & Analysis is responsible for management reporting and analysis. This includes planning, budgeting, forecasting and operational analysis in support of senior management decision-making, new business and operational initiatives. Treasury provides daily cash, banking and credit management facilities, as well as cash flow forecasting and analysis. Human Resources provides professional HR support to the whole company. Initiatives in compensation, benefits, employee relations and recruitment allow us to attract and retain quality employees. Training programs are developed internally to meet the needs of our employee development initiatives and changing business. Marketing works to improve market share and growth within both US and Canadian markets. Individuals specializing in advertising and promotions are directly responsible for all media and in-store activities promoting the products and services of our company. Our business development department provides new ideas and focus, permitting the expansion of our product offerings to existing and new customers. Collections – The staff in our Collection Center works diligently with a focus on developing solutions that benefit both the customer and our business.
